Being On Mission
Join us on Mission for Christ in a few of the following ways:
Community Outlet Thrift Store
Serve in our thrift store straightening and organizing clothing, books, shoes, and other household items Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm Saturday 10am-4pm. Orientation must be completed before volunteering. Please call Tony Potter at 252-321-6857 ext 202 for orientation times.
Community Co-op
Mentor a family participating in our Community Co-op and be part of true and lasting change. You will work with families to establish achievable and realistic financial goals or plans, and hold them accountable to achieve these goals with regular documentation and proof. Through meaningful relationships, mentors will also uphold and teach biblical principles related to family, health, finances and any issues the family may have to walk through during their participation in our co-op.
Special Events
Serve during special events throughout the year including our School Supply Drive in August, Annual 5K Fundraiser in October, Thanksgiving Distribution, Christmas Store, and other planned events. Please be sure to check out our Events Calendar for the latest dates, times, and locations.
