We care about you

Here at HOGM we believe being physically fit does not mean being on a “diet”, but simply having the proper education, workout platform, and take home tools to be successful. Our desire is that everyone is physically, spiritually and mentally healthy, so that they are able to live an abundant life in Christ. 

Throughout the year, we offer a variety of fitness and nutrition classes to teach our community how to live well.  All adult classes are offered at no charge.  Some youth summer camps will have a minimal fee to cover lunch and facilities cost, however many of them are at no charge to the family.  For more information on these classes please contact Mandi Stewart at (252) 321-6857 ext. 201, or mandi@hope-of-glory.org

Fit Club: 30 Minute Community Workout

Come out Saturday morning for a FREE workout!

Lets get ourselves ready to feel better the next week and begin taking care of our bodies, mind and spirit better!

What do I need to bring?:  YOURSELF, WATER, maybe a friend?
What do I wear?:  Workout attire and sneakers
Cost? Nothing, it’s FREE

*A signed waiver will be required before beginning your workout, no one under 18 years old permitted without parental consent.

Raising Young Men 360 Fit

“360 Fit” provides our young men with an all around awareness of healthy living. The focus is dieting, exercise, and being mentally prepared and educated to maintain a healthy life. Within the 360 Fit there is a No Child Left Hungry (NCLH) program where we provide healthy after school meals and snacks.

We partner with community coaches and trainers to host physical activities and skill building techniques ensuring that our young men get the proper training and a healthy doss of cardio. We also provide workshops and seminars on healthy living. RYM uses 360 Fit to introduce more youth to the knowledge and importance of healthier living.

Nutrition 101 Class

A class on nutrition education. You will learn how to create healthy meals, the right foods to eat and the proper portions to live a better, healthier life.
