Our NEW Location IS OPEN!

As a result of the "Tenth Street Connector Road Project," we have moved from the old 10th Street location to 103 E. Arlington Blvd. (intersection of Arlington & Evans behind BP). We are praising God for this next part of our journey as we move to this "city on a hill" location and continue on with our location mission of feeding the hungry, clothing the needy and sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ! With this move will come the addition of our new Community Outlet! Read more...

Current Efforts

Healthy Help Food Drive Initiative:
This summer, Hope of Glory Ministries began a radical shift in our food pantry towards healthier and more sustaining food options. Request for donated healthy items include:

  • Whole wheat pastas
  • Whole grain rice
  • Corn flour
  • Oats
  • Natural/organic chicken
  • Frozen vegetables and fruits
  • Fresh vegetables and fruits

The purpose of Healthy Help is to better serve and enrich our clients by collecting food that yields a greater nutritional value, ministering to the whole person and equipping them to honor God with their bodies. Will you join us in this initiative and drop off healthier food items? Would your workplace, church, civic organization or small group consider holding a food drive? For more information, contact Mandi Stewart at 252-321-6857 or mandi@hope-of-glory.org.

Discipleship Classes:
In response to the call to "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations...," Hope of Glory Ministries will be hosting men's and women's bible studies throughout the week, along with life skills classes focusing on nutrition and exercise education. Will you join us in making disciples by donating your time to lead a group or work one-on-one with individuals seeking Jesus? Or by sponsoring discipleship materials, including Bibles and devotionals?

Community Transformation Day:
On November 23, we partnered with 2 local churches and many families to distribute over 500 Thanksgiving meals throughout three local neighborhoods. We also will serve over 30 families this Christmas. Interested in partnering with us next Thanksgiving or interested in sponsoring a family this Christmas? Contact Tony Potter at 252-321-6857 or tony@hope-of-glory.org. Read more...
